She leaned her head back, listening to the guitar music flow around the room and wrap her like a soft shawl.  She could feel his eyes on her as she gazed at the guitar player and clapped at the end of the song.  He didn't quite understand her, and that was part of the reason he was so intrigued by her and liked her so much.  Later he told her that he didn't really care about the music, but that he liked the way she listened to it, like she was floating, but floating toward him because he had brought her there.  Flippantly she responded that she had thought the guitar player's eyes were the most beautiful blue.  His own gray eyes darkened, and she quickly laughed and told him that she never liked blue.  He looked like he didn't know what to think, confused, and she knew she had him.
